Postponement Procedure
Exeter Youth League
If the away team have an available pitch that is playable the game is to be switched and played on the same date
Please ensure if you are a home manager on a council pitch that you inform all the necessary people and submit your re-arranged fixture form (not just an email or a phone call) ASAP.
If you have an appointed referee, PLEASE remeber it is the home team managers responsibility to inform the ref if the game is on/off. If you fail to inform an appointed Referee that a game is postponed and they turn up... Expect to be paying the referees fee!!
If a Cup game is cancelled, aim to re-arrange for the next Saturday. For some this will mean that league games due to be played on that day will have to be re-arranged. PLEASE can all managers who are re-arranging games ensure they send/email the League Secretary the correct form for this (not just an email or a phone call). it will help to prevent any confusion.
